Staff media
consent form
We love celebrating the work, connections and everyday moments that make our community what it is. From time to time, we require photos and short videos of students and staff to help tell those stories.
Content may be shared within school, in printed materials, on our website, on social media and sometimes in the wider media.
More information about how we use and manage media content featuring staff is available here.
Taking part is completely your choice. Either way, please complete the form below and select the options that feel right for you. Thank you!
By filling in this form and checking the consent boxes below, I also agree to the terms stated here, which covers frequently asked questions.
I understand that content can be viewed throughout the world and not just in the United Kingdom and that some overseas countries may not provide the same level of protection to the rights of individuals as EU/UK legislation provides.
I understand that some images or recordings may be kept permanently once they are published and be kept as an archive of our work.
I confirm that I am completing this form under my own name and that I am a member of staff or someone working with First Steps Together.
